Finding and keeping good, honest, reliable employees can be a nightmare. Retail work is demanding, and not everyone is suited for it. And no matter what business you are in, placing want ads can draw lots of the wrong type of people, and it can take a lot of time you cannot afford to spend, weeding them out.
